Reflective essay - about my favorite picture

 This is my school's playground. I took picture last year to celebrate my 5th sports day at the school. Actually, there is an artificial grass. That's one of my school's pride. I will explain about this picture. At that time, it was my school's sports day. Lots of parents came and I felt excited. Since there is lots of people, it was noisy, crowded, and hot.
 There was 2 teams named Blue and White. I was in Blue team. I tried my best to win. In fact, we tied.
 Clothes which students wear is my school's uniform and it is for gym.

 This picture shows we are dancing. I'm not sure you can see that, but there is something which is in students' hand. Yes, students are dancing cheering dance. In fact, we were tired. We kept practicing and practicing. And finally, we got good results. Lots of people enjoyed it.

 Anyway, it was the sports day which I cannot forget ever...^^

My favorite viral video - Charlie bit me!

 Today, I will write about viral video. What's viral video? Hmm...... You guys know what's virus, right? It spreads quickly. Viral video is similar with virus. It spreads quickly to people to people. This video is one of the best viral videos.

 This video's name is 'Charlie bites me!'. There is a boy and a baby who looks like his brother. They are playing together. And suddenly, Charlie bit his brother. They are so cute.^^

 This became viral video, and they earned money a lot. I learned we could earn money with viral video.

Chain Writing + Metafiction

 Hi, everyone. I'm a singer who is in a group named, 'B Pink'. You can call me Sandy. 

 One day, there was a appointment with my members. Actually, I was intelligent, smart, and good at English. My members all know that I was really smart. They asked me, "Why did you enter the music school? Since you are intelligent, I think you could enter KMLA."

So I started to explain the reason why I enter the music school.

 "Actually, I participated the camp GLPS when I was young. I really wanted to enter KMLA. But, there is something what I didn't like."

 "What's that?"

 "I will tell you. KMLA is on the mountain. Since it is in the mountain, it was hard to move classes or go to the dormitory. When I arrived dormitory, I felt my legs hurt and my body sweating. I didn't like that feelings.'

 

 Also, it took lots of time to move classes. Break time is to pause studying and have a break, right? But, since I have to move classes which are in different buildings made me feel tired. So, I cannot concentrate on the start of the class.

 

 After morning classes were end, I went to the dormitory. My roommates were all exhausted and looks like they will pass away soon. After lunch time, I needed to go classes again. It was terrible.

 Again, I think it is too hard to go up and down the mountain. So, I think escalator is necessary for this school. That's one of the reason why I decided to become singer."

 "What is relation of you become singer and the escalator?"

 "Actually, I like to sing. And, if I become singer, then I could earn lots of money. Then, I could donate some money to the school. They could make escalator then. And I donated my money. My dream has become true! 

 However, there was a problem. KMLA made the rule : Only teachers could use the escalator. I thought it is unfair. 

 Few days past, and there was a rebellion which was caused by GLPS students. They wanted KMLA to let them use escalator. The rebellion spread all over KMLA. Students kept saying "We want to use escalator! Only teachers could use it? That's unfair!" 

 Finally, KMLA accepted it. And now, they could use escalator!"

 "Wow! That's great!"

 I had great time with my members.^^

     

Chain Writing

 In my opinion, KMLA should not be on a mountain. Because, it is hard to move classes or go to the dormitory. In addition to, nowadays, since it is summer, it is hot. So, it would be hard. When I arrive at the dormitory, I feel my legs hurt. And my body become sweaty. I  don't like that feelings.

 Also, it takes lots of time to move classes. So, I spend most of break time for moving classes. Break time is to pause studying and have a break. But, moving classes that are in different buildings make me feel tired. Then, since I get tired, so I won't be able to concentrate on the start of the class.

 When we get to the dormitory everyone is exhausted and feel like they will pass away. (Of course that's joke:)) After the lunch I need to go down the mountain again so students get tired again. They really cannot concentrate.

 I changed my mind. I don't need to enter this school. I will enter other music school. Because, I like music. My favorite song is 'I'm yours'. I like Jason Mraz because he makes his own music and sing. So, I will be a singer like Jason Mraz. Then, I could earn lots of money, and could get good house.

 Again, let's talk about the mountain of KMLA. I think it is too tired to go up and down. As I mentioned, I spend my break time at climbing. So, I want an escalator on the mountain.

 Many years passed, there is an escalator on the mountain. I donate my money to make it. (Actually, I become a singer. I'm in a group named 'B Pink'.) KMLA made escalator for GLPS students. However, only teachers can use it. That's unfair.

 So, what did students do? They made a rebellion. They wanted KMLA to let students use it. The rebellion spread all over KMLA. Students kept insisted that "We want to use escalator! Argumentative Essay

This Video is about KONY 2012.

 I heard that KONY 2012 is the most viral video. At first, I can not understand why is this video became viral. It looked boring because of the Earth picture. However, I could understand why it has became viral video, and felt shame to myself. There are special things to this video. Kony was known by social network, such as Facebook, and etc. Also, this video's purpose is to persuade people to help Uganda's people. Now, I want to tell my opinion to you guys.

 Actually, I agree with this video. Maybe there would be people who disagree with this and don't believe this. Or, some could  think Kony is dead. However, we don't know exactly. He could alive until now. Yeah, Kony haven't caught until now. But, we shouldn't feel comfort. As I mentioned, we don't know he is alive. That means we don't know when will he go to Uganda and fill Uganda to sorrow and cruelty. Also, we can see it is becoming big problem and issue from the fact that "It is a viral video" and "There are lots of members in KONY 2012". That means most people believes it and wants to help Uganda's poor people. 

 I think Kony is so bad. Poor Jacob! He lost his brother because of Kony. He will be really sad. He lost his brother. So I can know Jacob is feel hatred to Kony. If I was Kony, I will dislike Kony, of course.

 Lots of people say, Kony will caught until 2012. I think this could come true or not. Now, definitely lots of will try their best to catch Kony. We can see their effort from the number of members, and making viral videos about Kony. Even you can see my effort from this Argumentative Essay! (I hope lots of people could see my blog and know about KONY. Actually, I didn't know KONY before I see the viral video which is about KONY.)

 Dear my precious puppy doll Shaky (흔들이),

 I think you are really cute. You have big eyes and small mouth. You are white bulldog. I feel sorry because since I touched you a lot, your fur became dirty and dirty. But I'm sure that you can understand it.

 Also, I feel thanks to you. Why? You are one of my best friends. You always listen to my story, and always with me. Also, you never betray me. I think that's why I can believe you and tell my real mind to you. Actually, I played with you since when I was 2 years old. Can you remember it? I can see you from my video which I took when I was 2. That means we know each other for 11 years! Wow! 

 By the way, what do you think about KMLA's dormitory? You always stay there. Is it comfortable? Is it dirty?

Three Things about me (2012 Summer GLPS)

 Hello, everyone. I'm Angie Ha. It is first the time to meet you guys. So, I want to exchange our information with each other. Now, I will tell 3 things about me. 

 1. I can play flute. I learned it for 4 years. At first, it was really hard to play it. Sometimes, I got upset. I thought 'Why am I bad at playing flute?' But, I didn't give up. I thought the flute is a special instrument, so I wanted to play it well. I practiced and practiced. As a result, now, I can play flute well.^^

 2. I've been to America to study English. I went to America when I was a 4th grader and I studied there for a year. The method which Americans use to study is different with Koreans. It was more fun and made me feel free. Also, I made American friends. I always ate lunch in the cafeteria with them. Actually, I still keep in touch with them. I like them very much.

 3. My relative's friend is Bora Shin. She is a popular comedian. She is from Geoje island. I'm from Geoje island, too. She is pretty and kind. Since she is a comedian, she is funny. She makes me happy. However, nowadays, I can not see her because she is busy....... I want to see her when she has time.^^

 These are 3 things about me. 2 are true, and 1 is lie. Guess which is lie. And, um...... I hope we could get along well for one month. I'm really looking forward to it.^^

Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter... & Spring (Viet & Eng Sub) - 봄 여름 가을 겨울...

 I saw the movie which named 'Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring'. But I only saw Spring part. So now, I want to write about the movie.
 There was a monk and a little monk. They lived together at the temple which is located at the center of the river.
 One day, a little monk rode a boat and arrive on the land. (Since the temple was located at the center of the river, he had to use boat to arrive on the land.). For fun, he hung rock to fish, frog, and snake.

Kids React to K-pop

 Some American kids are said, "K-pop is bad.", And they criticisized K-pop. But, I don't think so. It is our Korea's own culture, to be globalized, and become a global leader, they should accept other countries' culture, too. Most of them said, "K-pop copied our America's singer.", "K-pop is fake. Because singers don't write songs themselves and make dances themselves." However, are the American singer make song and dance? Of course not.
 Of course some people could think K-pop is bad. It is their opinion. But, I hope that they could enjoy K-pop more, and love them more. (I heard that they even say K-pop to "K-poop". I strongly hope that even they hate K-pop, pronounce K-pop correctly.)
 This is my opinion. I think K-pop is good. Because, the musics are fast. That means it's so exciting and fun. Also, the dance is easy to learn, but it looks good. There are lots of Americans who enjoys to learn K-pop dance. (I saw the video they are dancing, And they were pretty good.)
 My conclusion!!! I hope that these kids could enjoy K-pop more. Find the advantages of K-pop, kids!!! Then you can feel interest about K-pop.

An Odd Animal

The Deary is an animal that has green fur with purple spots on its eyes and legs. Its tail is shaped like a(n) apple which it uses to study books. An adult Deary may weigh more than 9999999999999999 pounds and stand over 1000000000000000 feet high.

The Deary can be found only in Korea and Japan. Although its favorite food is pizzas, it also likes to eat glasses. If you ever see a(n) Deary, be sure not to ever sing “Sixth Sence.” That song makes it ugly. Instead, give it a few pizzas and be on your way.

About Taekwondo...( My Speech Contest)

My Speech Contest's topic was Taekwondo.


Do you have your own bucket list? Of course I have. There are sky diving, climbing the Mt. Everest, swimming with dolphins, making a time capsule, playing with mom's make ups... Actually, doing Taekwondo is on my list. Because it was so cool. So I started to learn Taekwondo, and I want to tell you about it.
Hello, everyone. My name is Seungeon, and I'm a student from class 15. I've learned Taekwondo for 2 years. These days, I'm trying to get higher level.
As I said, I want to tell you about Taekwondo. First, I'll tell you about the belt. There are 6 different kinds of belts for the color belt. They are white, yellow, green, blue, brown, and red belt. Color belt help us to recognize the level. White belt means the lowest level, and red one is the highest level among the color belts. Additionally, there are 4 poom belts called, 1 poom(Il poom), 2 poom(E poom), 3 poom(Sam poom), and 4 poom(Sa poom). All of them are higher than the color belts.
Second, I'll tell you about Poomsae. Poomsae is the connected movements which includes Taekwondo's various techniques. For the color belt, there are 8 different kinds of Poomsae. If you want to get higher level, you should pass a Poomsae test. So, I'll show you one. This is a Koryeo Poomsae which is for poom belts.(Actually, I did it on the stage, but I'll show you a video.)





I believe Taekwondo is one of the most attractive sports. If you start to do it once, you can't stop it. And, I think it's meaningful to challenge Taekwondo with doubt. You get some difficulties to learn Taekwondo. I would say, "Don't give up". If you go through it, you could have good health, feeling of success, and happiness. So, if you want to be challenged by Taekwondo, I'll strongly recommend you.

Viral Video!!!!

Funny facial expressions and the way he says blood. He was playing with his little brother. Suddenly, he accidently hit his little brother in the mouth with his head. He thought that this is a really serious problem. However, since his funny facial expression, his father kept laughing. So, he says, "Not funny." He is so young so that's why his pronounciation sounds a bit strange. He is so cute. Mom did take care of it for those of you who don't understand the video.

 Dear school,

 Sometimes you make me happy and sometimes sad or upset. You give me lots of feelings. Thank you. You give me lots of opportunities and experiences. Thank you. 

 There are some cases that you give me happy feelings. When I was a 1st grader, I made a  best friend at you. If you didn't exist, I can not make best friend. I'm so thank you.

 And also, there are some situations which made me sad. During last summer, the friend who was close to me was go to another school. I't was really sad for me. There is another case. My 1st grade homeroom teacher was really kind, nice, and good for me, but she retired her job since she was too old. 

 You gave me upset feeling, too. I fought with my friend, and it made me upset. I fought with her because of different opinions. She wanted to play inside, but I wanted to play outside. That's why I fought with her. It sounds like a little thing, but it's really big to me. 

 Also, you gave me impressive cases, too. Last year, I became a class president. I had 1 more vote than vice president. So it was a bit impressive to me. There is one more case. When I got 100% on final exam, it was really impressive, too. Because I took 10 subjects. Of course, I did first among all students at you. 

 You gave me lots of experiences. I represented my class and participate in singing contest. I won the second! I was really happy. Also, I stood as a candidate for vice president of the whole school. Unfortunately, I failed. However, I think it was really precious experience to me. Do you remember that I represented my school and took part in English Speaking Contest? It was really hard to practice it. Because I can not take a rest while I'm practicing it. However, unfortunately, I didn't get any awards. But, it was really good experience. And I took math talented student test. There were 1st, 2nd, and 3rd test. I passed 1st and 2nd test. however, I failed the 3rd test. It was sad. But it was good opportunities.

 I've been with you about 5 years. And, after 1 year, unfortunately, I have to leave you. That means I have to graduate you. Even I graduate you, I can not forget you. Thank you for giving me lots of event and opportunities.

Chain Writing

 If I could go back in time, I want to go to my mom's school. Because my mom always says, "I was always the first at my school." And I want to check if it is true. I'm so curious. Was she always the first, or is she just lying? Well, seeing that she's working at the City Hall, I think she had been in the first place quite many times, but since I have to make sure, I really want to go back to school. From now on, I will tell you what specifically I would do when I go back to my mom's school. 
 First, I will be friend with my mom. Then I will invite my mom to my own house to test she is smart or not.
 And later, if I become very close with her, I'll tell her the truth that I'm from the future and I'm your daughter. I think she wouldn't believe it, but I'm going to tell the truth anyway.
 She will be very ashamed if I show her worst grade she ever got. Maybe she will make excuses, but I'll show her the proof. Well, I think she will be very surprised. Maybe her behavior will change. I'm curious what will she say when I tell her that I'm her daughter. When she wasn't always first at school, she will be very embarrassing. I guess then, she won't lie to me.
 Well, the problem is that if she doesn't believe and call the police, and that will be serious problem. I might have to go immediately back to the future. She might tell me that she had a very strange friend who claimed she was her daughter, and she came from the future. She'd say, "She was a really nice friend, but she wanted to know all of my friend. Then she got a bit crazy, and told me that she was my daughter, and she came from the future. She suddenly disappeared. I was worried, and wondered that she had gone back to the future. How creative I was, ha ha. By the way, you look a lot like her."
 Well, I know she won't believe when I say "Mom, she was me." So, I didn't say anything. I only listen to that, and hope my mom doesn't say "I'm always the first."

Three things about me

 I'll introduce myself. My name is Sengeon Ha. You can call me Angie. I'll tell you about my 3 things.

First, I have a great grand father. He is over 100 yeas old, but he is so healthy.

Second, I have a younger brother. He is so cute. However, he is very naughty. He always wants to tease me. Anyway, I like him.

Third, I have a old doll. It looks like a dog, a Buldog. I played with it when I was 2 years old. I really like it very much!!
